The Company is not a bank or financial services provider. Therefore, we will not offer you financing directly. The Company provides an online service for reviewing and selecting loan offers. We present you with credit offers from financial services providers.

By submitting an application on our website, you agree that the Company will forward your application to financial services providers in order to obtain the best possible financial offer for you. In real time, we may submit your application to one or several lenders or financial services providers, depending on their credit criteria, until one of them accepts your application or all lenders and providers decline it.
If a lender or provider chooses to accept your application, you will be redirected to a page on the lender’s or financial services provider’s website. (If the lender or provider is not represented online, we will provide you with their contact details directly.)

We will disclose your personal data only to the extent strictly necessary to achieve the intended purposes. We have taken all necessary measures to ensure that external service providers with access to your data implement physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards to protect it.

Where processing is based on legitimate interest (for existing clients), we will process your data for the duration of the contract and continue for 3 years from the date of the last interaction.

Important:

Once the data retention period has expired, your data will be deleted. If we believe that the data may help us improve the quality of our services, we will continue to use such data only after its irreversible anonymization.

7. Processing Data of Minors

The Company does not knowingly collect information from minors under 18 years of age through this website. Access to and use of the website by a minor implies the indirect consent of the legal guardian for the minor under their care to use our website. I grant the Company, the Lender (current or potential), the Aggregator and its partners, and third parties my consent and authorization to transfer, collect, store, use, obtain, distribute, and process any information about me: to banks, microcredit financial institutions, other financial institutions, the Aggregator, telecommunications market entities, and to any credit bureau in Spain, as well as to third parties, regarding the provision and receipt of telecommunications services, obtained from me and/or independently and/or from other persons, for the purpose of making a decision on concluding a contract with me, executing contractual relations, and related matters.
This consent is granted simultaneously to all of the above entities for multiple processing of my personal data.
This consent is granted for an unlimited period. If you wish to withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data, you may do so at any time by sending an email to unsubscribe@ify.credit. Withdrawal of your prior consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

11. Handling of Requests

Response time: The Company will attempt to resolve your request within 30 days. However, this period may be extended due to specific legal rights or the complexity of the request.
Inability to identify: In some cases, we may be unable to identify personal data due to a lack of identifiers provided in your request. If you do not provide additional identifying information, we may be unable to fulfill your rights request as described in this section.
